Leading up to Thanksgiving Day, DCPF encouraged the staff to bring in food donations for the Food Bank of Delaware. In our most recent effort, the staff came through in a big way and we were able to donate almost 700 hundred pounds of food, and 15 turkeys. The facility collected everything needed for a complete Thanksgiving, including stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey, and even desserts. This food was provided to people who might not be able to afford putting together a proper Thanksgiving meal.
