The PROPS! Program was established in 2018 to recognize our outstanding staff.  From an Appreciation Bank designed for employees who deserve acknowledgement for their initiative to performance based recognition programs, this program is designed to recognition our shining stars. Top performers qualify for perks, including a chance to spin a prize wheel, a luncheon with senior management and having their nomination write-ups and photos posted in the breakroom for all to appreciate.
