NextClaim Solutions had the honor of sponsoring the 7^th (and most well attended) Women-En-Mass conference of 2019 in beautiful Aspen, Colorado. 

WEM is the initiative of Aimee Wagstaff of Andrus Wagstaff, with the vision of bringing together the best and brightest female leaders in the mass tort community to discuss the most important issues impacting women from the boardroom to the courtroom.

Though the backdrop of Aspen is spectacular, nothing came close to over-shadowing the power of the 250 women in attendance sharing their ideas and unparalleled-mentorship.

Everyone in attendance was treated to the dynamic powerhouse that is Carla Harris of Morgan Stanley. As the keynote speaker, Carla shared her pearls of wisdom that can only be cultivated through her impressive career in the financial services industry. 

As singer, mother, leader and author, Carla shared how she rose to the top by keeping her focus on being her authentic-self.
